About
Dunn Loring Village is a community of 229 residential town homes in Vienna, Virginia. We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Washington, DC Metro System's Dunn Loring Station and in close proximity to the Merrifield Mosaic District, several Fairfax County parks, as well as the Washington & Old Dominion Rail Trail.
Our amenities include two tennis courts, two half-court basketball courts, two playgrounds, a playground shelter, and large common area greenways.
The Homeowners' Association exists to maintain the community common areas, provide basic services to the Village, such as street maintenance and landscaping services, and work with the homeowners and residents to communicate information important to the Association members while maintaining property values. Every owner of record in Dunn Loring Village is a member of the Homeowners' Association.
